Q: How do I make payment?
Our preferred method of payment is by made by Direct Transfer to our Bank Account, or by credit card over the phone on 1300 889 680
Our bank details are supplied in your booking confirmation email.

Please note 2% surcharge is currently in place for payments by Master Card and Visa, and 4% for American Express.
Q: How much notice do you need to organise my furniture removal?
We would prefer a weeks notice whenever possible, however we know this is not always possible, so please book for "next available" if you are in need of an early date, and we will call with best dates.
Q: I am not sure how many boxes I will have as I am not moving for a few months?
Walk through each room, making a note of your estimate of cartons needs.

A few weeks prior to your move, you can always submit a new quote with the adjusted figures, and we can then finalise your quote.
